2. Service Overview

Sprinter Rides Rental Service provides vehicle rental services including but not limited to chauffeur-driven cars, luxury rides, outstation rentals, airport transfers, and other custom transportation services.

3. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized contact points.

  • Prices listed are indicative and subject to change based on availability, location, distance, and other factors.

  • Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the service type.

  • Accepted payment methods include UPI, debit/credit card, net banking, and wallet payments.

  • Booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of payment and confirmation via SMS/email.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee or may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 working days through the original payment method.

5. User Responsibilities

By using our service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information at the time of booking.

  • Treat our drivers and vehicles with respect and care.

  • Refrain from illegal, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior during the ride.

  • Be responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during your usage.

6. Driver and Vehicle Allocation

  • Vehicles are assigned based on availability, booking details, and service type.

  • We reserve the right to assign an alternative vehicle of equivalent category in case of unforeseen issues.

  • Driver contact details will be shared prior to the trip commencement.

7. Delays and Liability

  • While we strive for punctuality, delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are not under our control.

  • We are not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused due to delays or cancellations beyond our control.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the vehicle for illegal or commercial purposes.

  • Carry explosive or hazardous materials.

  • Smoke, drink alcohol, or engage in illegal activities inside the vehicle.

9. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information you provide is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

10. Intellectual Property
